HOW DOES IT WORK?
FIX members earn points by streaming music, buying concert tickets, and playing games inside the app. Most points also count toward your rank on the artists Fan Rank chart. Top-ranked fans earn bragging rights and may qualify for special access to additional content or live events.

WHAT ARE POINTS FOR?
In addition to helping keep track of who the biggest fans are, points can be used to redeem rewards. FIX offers a huge catalog of merch from thousands of artists. Dont have enough points to redeem a reward? No problem! You can buy merch (using Apple Pay) directly in-app and use the points you have for amazing discounts and ANY item in our catalog.

STREAMING MULTIPLIERS
Streaming multipliers are available as an in-app purchase. Typically, each qualified stream counts for one point. However, with a 2x multiplier, each qualified stream counts for 2 points. Currently, can can by 2x, 4x, or 10x multipliers.

NEWS
FIX provides personalized News from a variety of websites You can share news articles on Twitter and Facebook.

EVENTS
See a personalized list of events in your area based on the artists you follow and the music you stream. If you buy tickets to a show using the FIX link, youll also earn points and boost your rank on the artists Fan Rank chart!

FIX PREMIUM
FIX Premium is a monthly membership program. Premium members dont see ads and also get other monthly perks (See app for current offers and pricing in your market).

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
